Life at Convergytics is fast paced, intellectually stimulating and rewarding. Since the beginning, we encourage curiosity and provide optimum support to ensure chaos-induced learning. Keeping integrity, humility and agility as key motivators we ensure that the freedom to explore is never compromised. Most importantly we ensure that everyone has fun at what they do.
We are a flat organization and have two broad career tracks within the firm with the roles including but not limited to the ones that are outlined. We ensure that the maximum number of levels between any employee and the founders is 4 and any employee is not made to manage more than 6 people.
